Replace boring training courses with e-learning that engages
and brings real results.

Tired of seeing bored employees on mandatory online courses? With Wecreo, you can turn e-learning into an engaging experience that will truly develop your team's skills.

Does it look familiar?

Are you struggling with your employees complaining about tedious, boring e-learning courses? Attendance is dropping because hardly anyone wants to click through endless slides. You invest time and money in training, but the results are negligible—little changes after the course is over. Important procedures and knowledge are scattered across various PDFs and presentations, so you keep hearing the same questions from your team.

We can change that

Imagine that your employees enjoy participating in training courses and immediately apply the knowledge they have gained at work. Sounds like a dream? With Wecreo, it's possible! We are your partner in modern e-learning – we design online training courses that truly engage and inspire action. We use creative storytelling, multimedia, and interaction to turn a boring chore into an exciting adventure.

Importantly, we create each training course from scratch to suit your business goals (we use the Action Mapping methodology). This ensures that your e-learning meets your real needs and translates into results for your company. We provide full support: from needs analysis, through graphics and animation production, to course implementation on the platform. You set the direction, and we manage the project from A to Z, taking the pressure off your L&D team.

What do you gain?

Committed employees

An unconventional approach (games, storyline, multimedia) makes the training as engaging as a good story. Your people will eagerly work their way through the course to the end—no more clicking "Next" out of boredom.

Time savings

E-learning allows you to train hundreds of people at once, at a convenient time and place – no more repeating the same presentations for each group.

Knowledge that delivers results

We design each course based on your goals (Action Mapping), ensuring that the content is practical. The result? Employees apply their new knowledge in their daily work, and the company's results improve.

  • Of course. First, we will work with you to set specific training goals (e.g., Action Mapping workshop), and then we will guide you through the entire process. • No problem. We will provide you with a complete solution: we can implement our proprietary LMS (Kogidu platform) for you or customize Moodle to your needs. If you already have a platform, we will deliver courses in SCORM/xAPI standard – ready for publication in your system.

  • We create a sample e-learning module in 4–6 weeks on average (depending on complexity). Your team does not need to devote much time to the process—we usually need a kick-off meeting with your expert and quick consultations during the beta version review. We take care of everything else (design, development, testing), so you save time and receive a finished product without any unnecessary burden.

  • Together, we go through a structured process from idea to implementation – we work in partnership and provide a dedicated team that will lead the project from needs analysis to the finished course. We divide a typical project into stages:

    1. Needs analysis – we start with a meeting to fully understand the training objectives, challenges, and audience. Based on this, we propose a solution concept.

    2. Design – our methodologist develops a training scenario, and a graphic designer prepares visual style samples. Before starting production, we present these materials to you for approval to ensure that they match your vision.

    3. Production – we create the entire course content. A graphic designer designs the target screens, and a developer combines the content with interactive elements. We add animations, exercises, quizzes – everything that makes learning more attractive. Finally, we organize a recording with a professional voice-over artist and synchronize the sound with the image.

    4. Testing and corrections – we provide you with a test version of the course for review. You can submit comments at each key stage – whether it's the script, graphics, or the course itself once it's up and running. We implement the agreed corrections, so you can be sure that the final result will be exactly as you expect.

    5. Implementation – after approval of the final version, we deliver the training in the agreed format (e.g., SCORM file), ready to be placed on your e-learning platform. Upon request, we can also assist with the installation of the course and its launch for users.

Throughout the entire project, you will be in constant contact with a dedicated Project Manager who will ensure smooth communication and adherence to deadlines. You will have full control over the project – you will be able to see its progress on an ongoing basis and know what to expect at each stage.

  • Absolutely. We have experience in delivering e-learning courses in many languages, which is particularly important for international companies. We can design the course right away so that parallel language versions are created – e.g., Polish and English, German or French, depending on your needs. We will engage professional translators familiar with industry terminology in the translation process, and we will also ensure full cultural localization of the content. This means that the examples, dialogues, and scenes in the training will be adapted to the realities of the country in question, while preserving local linguistic nuances. As a result, users in every branch, whether in Poland or abroad, will feel that the training has been created especially for them, in their language and context. Such consistency of training in different languages will ensure a uniform standard of knowledge across all markets for your company, and employees everywhere will receive the same message tailored to them.

  • Yes, upon completion of the project, we transfer full copyright ownership of the e-learning course to you. This means that you become the owner of the course and can freely use it within your organization—share it with employees on your LMS or intranet, and make any changes or updates to it in the future. We do not impose any license restrictions or subscriptions on the use of the course. You pay for the training once, and then you can use it as many times as you need, for an unlimited number of employees. Such freedom is standard for us – we want you to treat e-learning as your property and an investment for many years to come.

  • To put it simply – yes, there is a good chance that we have already worked for your industry. We have completed e-learning projects for clients in the pharmaceutical, medical, automotive, manufacturing, chemical, and many other industries and services. This diversity of experience allows us to quickly understand the specific needs of a given company and market. If you operate in the pharmaceutical industry, we know how important it is to comply with regulatory requirements and have up-to-date medical knowledge. For the automotive or manufacturing industries, we understand the emphasis on health and safety, procedures, and on-the-job training. Thanks to our cooperation with various HR, L&D, and business departments, we have learned to speak the language of benefits tailored to the audience: we train line workers on the production floor differently than we train salespeople or managers. Your company gains a partner who is not just learning about the industry from scratch, but brings proven ideas and best practices developed in similar environments. You can be sure that we will understand your context and together we will create e-learning tailored to the realities of your business.

  • Ideally, you should already have substantive materials related to the training topic, such as presentations, documents, and procedures. Please send them to us in a convenient format (we recommend Word or PowerPoint), which will facilitate the work of the team and speed up the subsequent stages. It is good if such materials are pre-organized (e.g., divided into modules with a description of the context of the slides) and contain sources or data that are important to us. However, if you don't have ready-made content, don't worry. We will help you collect and develop it. Together with your experts or with the support of our specialists, we can create the necessary content from scratch. You share your expert knowledge, and we transform it into engaging e-learning.

  • Of course. In our cooperation, we focus on continuous feedback – you have the opportunity to make comments at every stage of the e-learning training production. After completing each key step (script, graphic design, test version of the course), we send you the materials for approval. This allows you to influence the final shape of the training from start to finish, and we make any necessary corrections on an ongoing basis before moving on to the next phases. This way of working ensures that the final e-learning course fully meets your expectations – without any surprises or the feeling that something has been done against your wishes.

  • We treat information security as a priority. As standard practice, we sign an NDA confidentiality agreement with our clients and adhere to strict internal data protection procedures. Your materials submitted for production are in safe hands with us – only the design team has access to them, and we use secure servers and proven tools. This ensures that sensitive information (e.g., product data, procedures, or personal data of training participants) remains completely confidential and secure at every stage of our cooperation.

  • Yes. We create e-learning courses that comply with common standards (such as SCORM and xAPI), so that the courses can be easily imported and launched on your LMS platform. Our solutions integrate with existing training systems in companies without any additional effort – you receive the materials in a plug-and-play format. Translated into benefits for you: you can use our e-learning on your current LMS, retaining all progress tracking functionalities, without having to make any special adjustments. We provide technical support if needed, but usually all you need to do is upload the course file to the platform and make it available to users right away.

  • Absolutely. Our e-learning courses run smoothly on computers, smartphones, and tablets – regardless of whether employees use them in the office on a large monitor or in the field on their phones. This allows training participants to learn at a place and time convenient for them, and you can be sure that all recipients will experience the course in an equally comfortable way. If you know in advance that most recipients will be using mobile devices, we can additionally optimise the interface for touch screens – so that navigation is intuitive and the content is legible even on a small display.

  • We give you this opportunity. If we implement e-learning in an authoring tool that you have access to (e.g., Articulate Storyline or Rise), we will provide you with the source files for the course upon request. This will allow your internal L&D team to update content, change graphics, or add new slides in the future on their own, without having to outsource minor changes. Of course, we also offer support after the project is completed: if you don't have the right tool or time, we will be happy to update the e-learning for you, exactly according to your guidelines. This gives you full control over the training and choice – you can make modifications yourself or entrust this task to us if necessary. In both cases, we ensure that the maintenance and development of e-learning will run smoothly.

  • The cost of implementing e-learning depends on many factors and is always calculated individually. We do not have a fixed price list or rate table – each quote is prepared separately for a specific project. This means that you only pay for what you actually need, rather than for a general package that does not take into account the specifics of your order. The final price is influenced by , among other things, the volume and complexity of the material (e.g., whether it is 30 slides or 100, how much knowledge needs to be conveyed), the level of interactivity and technical sophistication of the e-learning (simple slide course vs. complex animations, decision simulations), the presence of multimedia elements such as a voice-over, video, animations, and the number of language versions if the training is to be multilingual. The expected delivery date is also important – a "right now" project may require greater expenditure (e.g., parallel work by a larger team). We discuss all this information with you during the initial consultation in order to select a solution that fits your budget. Ultimately, you will receive a transparent offer from us with a summary of the scope of work and a specific price for the whole project. We make sure that the proposed investment translates into real benefits for your company – we focus on the optimal price-quality ratio, rather than the cheapest solutions, which may not fulfill their role.
